With the Prime Ministers recent instructions on staying at home due to the coronavirus pandemic Animo et Fide Ltd would like to help in any way we can. With that in mind Leon is now offering the following free services until the end of April which is fitting as April is the National Stress Awareness Month.

- Welfare advice for you and your employees
- Motivational Leadership support
- An introductory Life Coaching Session
Veteran Support
As an ex Royal Air Force helicopter pilot who suffers from PTSD, please pass on my details to any veteran who may be suffering in isolation who needs someone to talk to who understands exactly what they are going through!
