We have been approached recently by an Edinburgh based sales company to advertise an immediate sales opportunity with the potential to make a substantial amount of earnings. The basic details as we know them are as follows: - Full-time position. - 3-week induction course in Milton Keynes (Mon - Fri) with travel expenses covered and a basic attendance fee paid to all attendees of 2000 GBP. - First months guaranteed income of 2000 GBP. - Thereafter 20% of any business written. - At the moment the small sales team are averaging 30,000 GBP of business a month each, resulting in a monthly income of 6000 GBP per sales executive. - No cold calling involved. The company in Edinburgh and in Milton Keynes are both run by ex military personnel, and like Animo et Fide Ltd have both signed the Armed Forces Covenant. Leading on from our recent Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award we wanted to proactively demonstrate that service personnel and the armed forces community are not unfairly disadvantaged as part of our recruiting and selection processes. As Founder and CEO I proudly served in the Royal Air Force for over 15 years as a Chinook Helicopter Pilot and Training Captain and deployed on 5 tours of duty in Afghanistan as a Medical Evacuation Pilot. I began my military career as an Air Cadet and continue to enjoy giving back to any inspiring youngster whenever I can, supporting The Royal Air Force Reserve Forces throughout. Both of my Senior Consultants have a military background with Billy Draper MBE still serving at present, and Andy Lawless, who enjoyed a full and colourful career as an RAF Wing Commander and Chinook Helicopter Pilot, serving in The Falkland Islands and Iraq, remains a member of The Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve Forces (Training Branch) to this day. The Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve (Training Branch), often abbreviated to RAFVR(T), is a Volunteer Reserve element of the Royal Air Force specifically appointed in a training role within the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Members of the RAFVR(T) operate part-time with people like Andy providing flight experience's for the Royal Air Force Air Cadets. Signing the Armed Forces Covenant was just the beginning of our journey here at Animo et Fide Ltd, and we proactively support employees like Andy in all aspects by providing at least 5 days’ additional leave, wherever possible, and at no financial disadvantage to them.
